Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
Orders placed Monday – Friday before 2:00 PM ET are transmitted to our warehouses the same day. If the item is in stock at the closest facility, your shipping label is generated and the carrier picks up on the next business day. Orders received after 2:00 PM ET or on weekends/holidays are processed the following business day.
Because we ship directly from multiple partner warehouses (PA, NV, TX, FL), items in the same order may arrive in separate boxes. You will receive a tracking email for every parcel we send.

* Transit times begin after carrier scan and exclude weekends/holidays. UPS may deliver on Saturday in some areas, but we do not schedule Saturday pickups.
3. Shipping Costs

Orders are charged the live UPS rate shown at checkout.

Expedited services (where available) are quoted in real time at checkout.
All hazmat surcharges are already baked into our pricing—no surprises at the cart.
4. Delivery Areas & Restrictions

We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous United States.

No PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, freight forwarders, or “hold for pickup” locations—UPS requires a street address for hazmat parcels.

We cannot ship fire-safety products via air to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories due to DOT regulations.

If an item is oversize or requires LTL freight, we will contact you before shipment to arrange delivery.
5. Tracking & Order Updates
The moment a shipping label is created, you’ll get an email with your UPS tracking number. Updates may take a few hours to appear while the package is awaiting its first scan. If your order ships in multiple boxes, each box will have its own tracking link.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
Inspect packages upon arrival. If anything shows visible damage, refuse the delivery or note it with the driver, then contact us within 48 hours at support@firesafetyproducts.us or (571) 555-0118. We’ll file the claim with UPS and arrange a replacement. Shipment delays caused by weather or events outside the carrier’s control are not refundable, but we’ll advocate on your behalf to get your order moving.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
Because hazmat labels are time-stamped, orders for fire extinguishers cannot be canceled once a label is generated. For all other products, email orders@firesafetyproducts.us or call us before 2:00 PM ET on the day of purchase and we’ll do our best to stop the shipment.
